June 15 – 25, 2015 the Tideworks Professional Services team rolled out a brand new User Training curriculum to 14 students at the global headquarters of Sea Star Line in Jacksonville, Florida. The newly christened training materials incorporate modern learning theory and teaching methodologies to help Tideworks instructors deliver a consistent, high quality, engaging, end to end User Training experience to our customers around the globe. Version 2.0 of the marine terminal curriculum, and rail terminal specific materials are currently in development. Look for new artwork and other updates that are sure to enhance the User Training experience for instructors and students alike.
