Sanjot Khurana joined Tideworks Technology in 2025 as Division CFO, bringing more than 15 years of experience leading finance across global SaaS and infrastructure-tech enterprises. At Tideworks—a Blackstone Infrastructure Partners–backed SaaS provider powering 100+ marine and intermodal terminals—he oversees FP&A, controllership, treasury, pricing, and strategic finance, while driving operational scalability, enterprise performance, and long-term value creation in close partnership with Tideworks’ President and the Carrix executive team.
Before joining Tideworks, Sanjot held senior leadership roles at Pure Storage and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. At Pure Storage, he led strategic finance, investor relations, and treasury, where he secured significant new capital, elevated market valuation, and built the finance architecture supporting subscription and AI-driven offerings. At HPE, he served as finance leader for the Hybrid Cloud SaaS business, revamping pricing, revenue recognition, and analytics frameworks that accelerated recurring revenue and strengthened investor confidence. Sanjot holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Subbu Bhat joined Tideworks in 2025 as Vice President of Engineering. He brings over 20 years of experience developing scalable technology solutions to address complex customer challenges. His expertise spans the design, development, and operation of highly available systems across diverse industries, including transportation logistics, eCommerce transaction processing, payments, and the use of AI/ML for fraud detection.
Prior to Tideworks, Subbu led the cloud transformation of GoDaddy’s eCommerce transaction processing systems. He also held key leadership roles at Expedia and Amazon, where he oversaw cross-functional teams across engineering, machine learning, and product management. In these roles, he served as the single-threaded leader for fraud and abuse mitigation, driving measurable outcomes through advanced technology and strategic execution.

Julian Galvis joined Tideworks in 2025 as VP of Sales & Marketing. Julian has a strong operations background, covering a broad range of experience including Terminal Operations, public sector consulting and software project execution. He has a strong passion for automation and simplifying Marine Terminal’s operational workflows.
In his career which spans more than 25 years in the maritime sector, Julian has personally visited over 160 marine terminals in over 62 countries in order to gain a better understanding of the challenges and discuss how technological solutions could solve them. Before joining Tideworks he was VP and Regional Manager Americas at IDENTEC SOLUTIONS. He has also worked at ABB as Sales Director for ABB Marine and Ports, with oversight of APAC and Americas regions OCR product line. He has also held positions of responsibility with APMT, Navis and Maersk Line in his career.
Chad joined Tideworks with over 20 years of experience delivering innovative large-scale products and services to market across a range of industries. Heading Tidework’s Product Management organization, Chad is responsible for injecting innovation, continuous improvement, and increased stability across Tidework’s product suite. Chad was named Most Innovative Technology Consultant in the United States by Wealth and Finance International. As an executive, entrepreneur, author and speaker, Chad has had cross-industry impact to businesses through cutting-edge tech and critical foresight. Prior to joining Tideworks, Chad was a Vice President at SAP where he led their Universal ID offering as part of SAP’s Customer Data Cloud product and directed data management products and services supporting the migration to SAP S/4HANA ERP.

Daniel Schwager joined Tideworks in 2015 and serves as Director of Product. He brings more than 20 years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions across the logistics, transportation, and insurance industries. In his role, Daniel leads globally distributed product teams focused on modernizing mission‑critical systems, defining and executing multi‑year product roadmaps, and improving operational performance through disciplined, data‑driven decision‑making.
Throughout his career, Daniel has combined deep domain expertise with a strong customer focus, partnering closely with executives, engineering leaders, and global stakeholders to deliver products that enhance reliability, efficiency, and customer value at scale. He holds an MBA in Finance and brings a strong foundation in systems thinking, analytics, and continuous improvement.

Mark Bromley joined Tideworks in 2008 and is currently Vice President of Client Management and Support. In this role, he leads key marine and intermodal initiatives, working closely with customers to maximize the value of Tideworks’ software solutions and achieve greater operational efficiency, all while maintaining a strong focus on schedule and budget.
During his time at Tideworks, Mark has served in multiple roles including Senior Project Manager and Product Business Analyst, giving him a complete understanding of the end-to-end process of implementing terminal operating systems. With over 20 years of experience in terminal operations and implementing terminal technologies, he brings a deep understanding of what it takes to meet customers’ business process needs. Mark is based in Tideworks’ Jacksonville, Florida office.

Todd Tatterson is the Vice President of Sales at Tideworks Technology, where he manages key business relationships, strategic growth initiatives, and the company’s expansion into new markets. With nearly 30 years of experience spanning terminal operations, software development, implementation, sales, and support, he brings a practical and well-rounded understanding of both operations and technology to his role.
Throughout his career, Todd has overseen the implementation of Tideworks’ Mainsail and Spinnaker at container terminals around the world. He played a pivotal role in the startup of Manzanillo International Terminal (MIT) in Panama, which has grown into the largest transshipment hub in the Americas, as well as the development of a new terminal in Rhode Island. Todd holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Economics and Management from Northern Arizona University.

Frederik Stork joined Tideworks in late 2024 as the new VP of Professional Services, Frederik brings over 11 years of deep expertise in container terminal operations from his tenure at Navis where he led a global team focused on terminal optimization and automation consultancy as well as data driven insight generation.
Before joining Navis, Frederik was the Professional Services Leader for IBM’s middleware offerings in the US West region. Prior to that he worked for ILOG, an optimization software company where he held various leadership roles in professional services, sales, and technical sales across the US and Germany.
Frederik holds a Ph.D. in Math/Operations Research.
